Travel Rules and Regulations

In order to have the best possible travel experience for myself and my group I understand and agree to the following: If I do not conform to any of these regulations, I understand that I risk possible dismissal from the travel program, returning home unescorted at my own expense with no refund for portions of the program missed.

• All scheduled activities are obligatory. If I am unable to participate in any activity I will notify my Group Leader who will inform the Travel Director.

• I will do my best to be on time for all activities.

• If I wish to visit friends or relatives while on the travel program I will inform my Group Leader who will inform the Travel Director.

• If my Group Leader sets an evening curfew I will abide to it. I understand that leaving the hotel at night without permission is strictly forbidden.

• I will behave correctly at all hotels. I will be aware of other guests in the hotels and will pay for any damage that I cause. If I notice any damage to my hotel room upon checking in I will let my Travel Director know immediately.

• I am required to pay for any phone calls or incidental personal expenses incurred at hotels.

• I understand that shoplifting, possession of illegal drugs, possession of weapons and all other illegal activities will not be tolerated and are punishable by immediate dismissal from the tour. All costs to return home are at my expense. If the local authorities are involved, I will be subject to the local laws.

• I understand that the consumption of hard liquor is strictly forbidden. If I am under 18 my parents/guardians may sign a consent form at the discretion of the Group Leader, giving permission for me to consume wine or beer with meals under the supervision of my Group Leader in countries where I am of legal drinking age.

• I understand that excessive drinking of wine or beer will result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the travel program at my expense.

• If my group leader and/or school chooses a complete no - alcohol policy I will abide to this.

• I understand that smoking is not allowed on buses, in hotel rooms or in any other area that might annoy the rest of the group.

• I understand that hitchhiking and the driving of any motor vehicle is strictly forbidden.
